Welfare benefit advice

Advice service for residents

We can advise you which benefits to apply for, give you an estimate of how much you could receive and help you fill in the form and make the claim.

We can also help you sort out any problems with existing claims, such as having your benefit stopped or refused, or needing to have it back-dated. If you need more specialist advice, we can refer you to the right agency.

How do we work?
We can help with the full range of benefits. How you use us is up to you. You can call with a quick question, or we can work with you over a period of time to ensure your benefits are assessed correctly. We can talk to you over the phone, in our office or, in certain circumstances, we will visit you at home.
