Garages

Garages are available to rent on some estates. For a weekly charge, residents can park their vehicle in a secure and lockable unit exclusively for their use.

Anybody in your household can apply for a garage as long as you are not in arrears. If you get behind with your rent or garage account, it will be terminated and you will lose your right to the garage.

Demand for garages exceeds supply, but you will be added to the waiting list and offered a space when your name gets to the top.
