Clamping

Clamping

LPC Parking Solutions Ltd is the parking enforcement contractor, working on the majority of Peabody estates clamping and removing vehicles. Vehicles that are unauthorised to park or are not parked in accordance with Peabody's parking policy will be at risk of being clamped.

LPC Parking Solutions Ltd work 24 hours a day, so unauthorised vehicles can be clamped and removed at any time.

There is a charge to remove the clamp and recover the vehicle, and LPC Parking Solutions Ltd deal with payment arrangements. A list of charges is available from the parking contractor or detailed on signs around your estate.

Appeals
Residents, visitors or staff who have had their vehicle clamped or removed and wish to appeal should deal with the parking contractor directly in the first instance. For all of our estates, LPC Parking Solutions Ltd  is the contractor used to manage the parking.

For more information about LCP's appeals process, please visit the LPC Parking Solutions Ltd  website.

If you are still unhappy with the outcome after the appeal, you can bring the case to us and we will investigate as an impartial body with the facts available.
