Access
As your landlord, we have the right to come into your home in certain circumstances, such as to carry out inspections, make repairs or deal with an emergency. We will always try to give you at least 24 hours notice although in an emergency this may not be possible.
By law, we must carry out a gas safety check on the gas supply and appliances in your home once a year. You must allow access to the premises in order for us to do this.
If you do not allow our staff or contractors access we can take legal action to enter your home and you will be charged the cost of doing this.
