Management review

Management review

Your right to a management review
Leaseholders with a long lease - one that runs for more than 21 years - are entitled to a management review to check whether Peabody is carrying out services properly and using your service charge efficiently.

The review must be carried out by a qualified accountant, valuer or surveyor and at least two thirds of leaseholders in the block must want it. The cost of the review is paid for by the leaseholders.

We will ask you for the names and addresses of the leaseholders who want the review, the person who will carry it out and the documents that you want them to inspect. If you want them to inspect shared areas of your block we will need at least one month's notice.
