Gas safety
By law, Peabody must carry out a gas safety check on all properties (except leasehold) every year and within 12 months of the last gas safety check.
Regular checks are designed to keep you safe and save you money by ensuring that your systems are working at their best.
The gas safety check takes about an hour and is free.
Our contractors, K&T will contact you when your check is due. For your convenience appointments are available Monday to Friday, morning or afternoon, and you can change your appointment by calling the contractor direct. Keep your scheduled appointment and you could win £300.
The engineer will give you a copy of the gas safety check record at the time the check is carried out or their office will post it to you within 28 days.
