Our sustainability strategy 2012-15 sets the direction for the next three years for our offices, existing homes and new homes. This strategy will be reviewed annually.

Carbon report
Our carbon report sets out how we can meet the GLA target of a 60 per cent reduction in CO2 by 2025. It also highlights the broad refurbishment approaches available to Peabody and provides detailed estimates on the likely cost in delivering these reductions.
Commitment to CO2 reductions
Our report by the Institute of Energy and Sustainable Development at De Montfort University sets out how we can meet the Greater London Authority's target of a 60 per cent reduction in CO2 by 2025, and deliver zero-carbon Peabody estates by 2030.
The report sets out the broad refurbishment approaches available to Peabody and provides detailed estimates on the likely cost in delivering these reductions.
This work also ties in with our Improve programme, working to renovate/refurbish outdoor spaces on our estates.
