Priority central heating
If you have a medical condition that could be improved by central heating, we will install it ahead of our planned installation programme.
To request a priority central heating application form, contact Peabody Direct. The form must be signed by your GP.
Once we have your form, our aids and adaptations coordinator will contact you to arrange a brief telephone interview to assess your priority medical need.
If you are not able to carry out the assessment over the phone, we can send you a questionnaire, or an occupational therapist will visit you.
