Service charges
We are responsible, as the freeholder and landlord of your estate, for maintaining buildings and looking after the shared areas in and around the blocks.
Residents contribute to the cost of this through the service charge.
Homeowners' service charges are set out in their leases and tenants' service charges are paid through their rent.
Tenants or leaseholders - you are only charged for services provided to you and your estate.
We do not make a profit on them and we work to ensure that the charges are reasonable.
