    Parking enforcement is in operation and cars parked must display a valid parking permit. To obtain a permit please contact MET Parking Services: permits@metparking.com or 0845 370 8004. Resident Permits will only be issued to residents allocated with a parking bay. To request a parking bay (which may be subject to a waiting list) please contact your Neighbourhood Manager.

Planned improvement work

Quality Homes, our stock investment and planned maintenance programme, is due to start on the estate between April 2016 - March 2018 Contractor Lakehouse but could be subject to change.

Estate walkabouts
