    Dea music academy

    Have you always wanted  to play a musical instrument? Now's your chance!

    DEA Music Academy provides the highest standard of teaching through an excellent team of musicians who have performing careers and a wealth of teaching experience.
    DEA welcomes students of all ages. It offers individual classes, lessons in pairs and group courses for:

    • piano
    • guitar
    • violin
    • singing
    • group therapy classes

    They offer free consultation lessons, and Peabody residents enjoy special discounts.

    Peabody, in partnership with Camden LGBT Forum, is hosting a new LGBT social film night every second Monday of the month at the Hugh Cubit Centre, 48 Collier Street
    N1 9QZ.

    Doors open:  6pm
    Film begins: 7pm

    Everybody is welcome.

    If you are 16-24 years old and ready for work and haven’t got a job yet, then this could be the right option for you - programme starts 21 October 2015. This is a 10-12 week programme for 21 hrs per week, including training and a work placement with an employer to get the real hands on experience that you need.

    Applicants are invited to a recruitment session at Leyton Neighbourhood Learning Centre, Leyton Retail Park, 3 The Square, Leyton High Road, E10 5NR on;

    • Monday 12 October 10am – 1pm,  or
    • Wednesday 14 October 10am-1pm

  • Social Dances in Leyton

    Are you looking for leisure time with health benefits? Would you like to meet new people?

    Look no further. Join our social dances! Try new dance styles such as Quadrille, Charleston, Bollywood and Lindy Hop. Professional dancers will be on hand to teach you the steps and music will be provided by DJ Jerome Anderson. Refreshments are provided.
