    Parking enforcement is in operation and cars parked must display a valid parking permit. To obtain a permit please contact MET Parking Services: or 0845 370 8004. Resident Permits will only be issued to residents allocated with a parking bay. To request a parking bay (which may be subject to a waiting list) please contact your Neighbourhood Manager.

Planned improvement work

Quality Homes, our Stock Investment and Planned Maintenance programme, is due to take place on the estate within 24 months. The programme is subject to survey reports and funding constraints, so could change as works progress.

Estate walkabouts
