    Parking enforcement is in operation and cars parked must display a valid parking permit. To obtain a permit please contact MET Parking Services: or 0845 370 8004. Resident Permits will only be issued to residents allocated with a parking bay. To request a parking bay (which may be subject to a waiting list) please contact your Neighbourhood Manager.

Planned improvement work

Future development activity is planned in this area.  The properties developed by the Trust are just a small part of the development of the urban village as a whole.  The homes built in phases 2 and 3 of Peabody's development process are part of a larger development known as Britannia Village; the majority of which was built by Wimpey Homes.  The next main phase of the larger development is the construction of Silvertown Quays.  This £1.5 billion project will include a further 3000 homes, and a new state-of-the-art aquarium.
