The UK's first multi-storey steel volumetric housing development, which was completed in 1999. The flats at let at cost rent levels. This scheme is commonly referred to as Murray Grove, although it's correct name is Shepherdess Walk. It should not be confused with the Murray Grove estate; a small terrace of general needs houses which stands adjacent to this estate.
