View the updated customer service charter

15 October 2009

Peabody recently worked with you, our residents, to improve and update our customer charter standards. Our customer inspectors have tested the standards to see if they are being adhered to and are measurable.

Their findings were reported to the Resident Review Committee (RRC), a group of Peabody residents who help us by making suggestions about how we can improve services. The RRC made several recommendations to improve the charter including a commitment to ensure our name badges are worn correctly and that the information we give you is up to date.

Residents also asked us to add two standards that apply to residents. All of the RRCs recommendations were approved by Peabody’s executive team.

Peabody staff will be 'mystery shopped' by our customer inspectors to monitor our performance against the standards.
