We're carrying out a stock condition survey to help inform our long-term planned maintenance programme across our properties.
The survey will cover 5% of the interiors of our homes and 10% of external areas. We will need to gain access to a small number of homes to carry out the work, which in each case may take up to one hour.
The survey will be carried out by our consultant, Frankham. It is expected to take eight weeks, beginning on the week beginning 28 February. Frankham will write to a selection of residents on the week beginning 21 February to request access to their homes.
