The British Association of Landscape Industries (BALI) judged Rosendale Road (pictured) last Friday (6 July), as part of the BALI National Landscape Awards.
The annual event recognises BALI members who have demonstrated exceptionally high standards of professionalism and skill in the execution of a wide variety of landscaped schemes.
Sue Forsyth, Project Manager IMPROVE, said:
"The BALI judge felt that the estate had received a significant transformation and was now unrecognisable, having had some awareness of what the estate was like prior to the works.
"He praised very highly both FM Conway for their quality workmanship, and Levitt Bernstein for the design, which he felt was pitched just right for the Conservation Area.
"The judge also remarked on how he sensed an enhanced sense of pride within the estate among the residents, and commented that it was good to see the estate services team actively on site attending to various matters."
The winners will be announced in December. Watch this newly landscaped space!
