Revised tenancy agreements

Peabody has been reviewing our secure and assured tenancy agreements. We consulted with residents on the proposed changes during the summer of 2008. 

We received feedback from around 3000 residents and made a series of changes to the final agreements as a result of these comments. The new assured and secure tenancy agreements have now been approved by Peabody governors and we are now working towards implementing the new conditions. 

We will be contacting all residents who are affected by the new agreements over the coming months. We have sent a summary of the consultation to all residents in their January rent statement.

Please note: Residents living at Strawberry Vale, Pembury or one of the Kings Cross 10 estate, or residents living in sheltered or supported housing will not be affected by this review.
