Residents and Peabody's community safety team have helped put an end to anti-social behaviour on a Shepherd's Bush estate.
Peabody's Community Safety Team alerted Metropolitan police about the
property on Cleverly Estate in Shepherd's Bush after numerous
complaints from residents about anti-social behaviour.
Police moved swiftly to obtain the closure order and closed the
property down within three weeks.
Peabody Community Safety Officer Laura England said, "Anti-social behaviour and crime is unacceptable in our communities and we’ll do all we can to combat it. We worked closely with the Wormhold and White City safer neighbourhoods’ team and Hammersmith and Fulham Council to achieve the closure. It's a great outcome. Residents will now be able to enjoy their homes in peace and feel safe again."
