From Monday 4 April we will be contacting you to complete the resident satisfaction survey. It is important for us to know what you think of the services you receive from us, ranging from repairs to resident involvement.
The telephone survey will be carried out for three weeks and 1000 residents are selected at random to complete the survey.
The results from the survey will be used to help us identify key strengths and weaknesses, so that we can target these areas, and improve the services we provide.
Your feedback is important so please take the time to answer the questions - the survey should take no longer than 10 minutes.
Please be aware that you will only be asked to confirm your name and that no personal details will be required.
