Susan Hickey has joined Peabody as its new Finance Director.
Susan was previously Director of Resources at Hastoe Housing Group, with responsibility for finance, IT, HR and other central functions. Before joining Hastoe in 2005, Susan was Financial Controller of Richmond Housing Partnership. A qualified chartered accountant, Susan has a broad range of experience in accountancy and commerce, particularly in banking and mortgage finance markets.
Announcing the appointment, Stephen Howlett said:
“We’re delighted to have found someone of Susan’s calibre. Her depth of experience and skills will help us build upon the sound financial management that has seen Peabody awarded the strongest possible rating for viability from our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority.”
