We've recently gained unanimous planning approval for 112 new mixed-tenure homes at the Silchester Garages site in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Situated near Latimer Road tube station, the Haworth Tompkins-designed scheme (artist's impression right) will provide 45 homes for social rent with an emphasis on providing large family homes, and another 39 homes for shared ownership.
The remaining 28 homes will be smaller properties for outright sale.
A new thoroughfare (artist's impression below) will be created alongside the existing railway viaduct, facilitating the re-use of the arches for local businesses.
“We are delighted at the feedback from the Councillors on the high quality of the proposed scheme," said Claire Bennie, our Development Director.
