Peabody Direct is undertaking training over the next few weeks but will open from 8am until 8pm as usual. However, after 6pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays your call will be answered by our out-of-hours service provider (Vangent).
You can still report emergency repairs and they will be dealt with in the usual way. All other requests for service and information will be handled by the Peabody Direct team when they open at 8am the next morning.
