Following Peabody’s Short Notice Inspection by the Audit Commission in December 2009, we have worked with the Resident Review Committee (RRC) to put in place an action plan.
This action plan sets out what Peabody is doing in response to the inspectors’ recommendations:
As our action plan is progressed, we will update this page so you are kept informed of developments.
Peabody must complete the action plan by 31 August 2010 both to the satisfaction of our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority (TSA), and our residents.
The RRC is made up of Peabody residents and is scrutinising our progress against the action plan and challenging Peabody senior managers to ensure the action plan delivers real improvements in service. The RRC has already met with senior staff three times to develop and review the action plan.
Increasing resident satisfaction with services will be a key measure of the success of this action plan. We already have a range of customer satisfaction targets in place but will be working to expand and develop these over the next few months and will keep you informed of developments.
