Peabody Direct, our customer services department, will close at 1pm on Christmas Eve and will re-open at 8am on Monday 4 January 2010. Our out of hours provider, Vangent, will deal with all emergency calls.
Our out of hours provider, Vangent, will deal with all emergency calls including repairs from 1pm on Thursday 24 December 2009 until 8am Monday 4 January 2009. Vangent will liaise with Peabody staff who are also on call during this time.
