Amicus Horizon will be working in partnership with Peabody on a three month pilot scheme bringing choice to its residents and allowing them access to our Choice Based Lettings service (CBL)
The same way Peabody‘s social tenants can bid for properties, residents from Amicus Horizon will be able to view and bid for their properties for the first time via our Selections website.
So if you're an Amicus Horizon resident, you can start bidding for properties online from Thursday 29 September via our Selections site here.
This opportunity paves the way for future collaborative working between both registered housing providers. We welcome this partnership.
What does this mean for Peabody social residents?
There will be no change for our Peabody residents – you will continue to view and bid for properties on a weekly basis.
Residents from Amicus Horizon will not be able to view or bid for Peabody properties and vice versa.
Benefits for Amicus Horizon residents
From Thursday 29 September you’ll be able to view and bid for properties via the Selections website which you haven’t been able to do before now.
Bidding applications will be processed a lot quicker and will speed up shortlisting and viewings. As a result more people will be re-housed much faster.
You will be able to:
- View new properties published every Wednesday
- Bid for a properties from Thursday to Monday
- Shortlisting will happen on Tuesday
- Viewings will take place on Wednesdays and Thursdays
