You are invited to join in and take part in our free event celebrating International Older People’s Day.
There will be lots of fun activities for you to get involved in such as singing, taking part in Bollywood dancing, relaxing with a massage, making and tasting smoothies, planting pots and seeds, arts and crafts and much more.
You can also take part in the raffle and be in with a chance of winning a top prize.
A variety of stalls will be set up with useful information on the services available for older people. Food and refreshments will also be provided. So don’t miss out on a fun day out!
The event will take place on Tuesday 11 October 2011, between 10.30am to 2.30pm at York Hall, 5 Old Ford Road, Bethnal Green, London, E2 9PJ.
