My Peabody survey

Thank you to everyone who took part in the recent My Peabody survey. We had an enthusiastic response and a lot of useful feedback.

We recently asked registered users to fill in a survey about their experiences of using My Peabody, the secure section on the Peabody website where you can view your rent account, update your personal details, request repairs and more.  

We’re pleased to report that, on the whole, most of you are pleased with this section of our website. For example:

  • 91.5% found logging into your account easy and 49.2% of you log in at least once a month
  • 57.6% of you use My Peabody to report repairs and 77.1% use it to view your rent account
  • 74.6% of you who have looked at your rent account found the information there clear
