Peabody has updated its website to provide easier access and better information for visitors to the site, residents, homeowners and business partners.
The new-look website also has new functional processes such as Tell Peabody, Your Estate, My Peabody and online rental listings.
My Peabody is a secure area for residents, enabling them to access many services online. Once logged in, residents can view their rent accounts; view property or tenancy details; change personal details; report repairs or other issues online; and view reported issues and enquiries.
The Finding a home section describes the various housing options, and how to find or transfer to another home.
Tell Peabody is where you can make enquiries, give feedback or raise complaints.
Your estate enables you to find out about a particular Peabody estate or building – including key Peabody contacts, dates of walkabouts, any planned improvements, and a list of facilities. It also provides a link to the local authority site and a map of the estate location in Google Maps.
The homepage has also changed to promote information such as news stories, service changes, campaigns, chief executive's blog and much more.
A wide range of consultation has already been conducted however feedback is important in ensuring we meet the needs of all visitors.
If you have any feedback please email:web.master@peabody.org.uk with your thoughts and comments.
