Keeping Peabody sustainable

14 September 2012

As an organisation which owns/manages more than 20,000 homes in London, how do we measure and manage our environmental impact? How do we maintain our commitment to providing desirable homes and thriving communities in a way that is sustainable? How do we adapt and respond to changing legislation and business practice?

We answer questions such as these in our newly released Environmental Sustainability Strategy and Environmental Sustainability Policy documents.

Environmental Sustainability Strategy
This is a three-year framework for Peabody, our customers, employees and business partners to deliver environmentally sustainable neighbourhoods for everyone.

We've pinpointed eight key areas where we can make the biggest difference to the environment.

You'll find a list of strategic objectives, with detailed answers to the question: How will we achieve this?
