Our neighbourhood managers carry out monthly estate inspections, which residents are welcome to attend. The inspections offer an opportunity to see how we work, evaluate our standard of service and judge whether it offers value for money. It’s also a chance to give feedback and raise problems or local issues.
You’ll find the inspection dates and start locations on estate notice boards (inspection dates are also given in the Your Estate section on this site). There’s no need to book a place – you can just turn up at the appointed time.
