Take part in our grounds maintenance service contract survey and help us to get things right
Peabody has decided to re-tender its grounds maintenance contract to create a long-term partnership which will further enhance the service as well as increase value for money for residents.
Grounds maintenance work includes grass-cutting and maintenance, shrub pruning, litter clearance, mulching, hedge-cutting, pesticide and herbicide treatments, and other works as applicable.
This contract may, or may not, include the outsourcing of an in-house provision to provide a single-managed provider of the services.
Taking part in the survey
You can find a link to the survey on the homepage of My Peabody, a secure online section of our website where residents can log in to pay their rent or service charges, request a repair and/or view the progress of major works and other projects. All residents can access My Peabody.
Alternatively, if you would prefer a paper copy of the survey, please contact Peabody Direct (see below) and ask for a copy of the questionnaire to be sent to you:
Completed questionnaires must be received by 7 Sept 2010. The results of the survey will be published here on the website and will also influence the contract specification. Please contact Amanda-Jayne Doherty for further information (tel: 020 7021 4095, amanda-jayne.doherty@peabody.org.uk)
