Getting to know you better

As part of our commitment to improve services to you and also our commitment to ensuring all residents are able to access services, we need to update the information we hold about you and your household. This includes information about your age, ethnicity, gender, disability, and religion.

We have appointed a specialist survey company, MpathyPlus, to contact all residents by telephone and update this information on our behalf. They will start the calls from the end of January and it will last until April 2010.

MpathyPlus has signed a Data Protection Agreement with Peabody that guarantees the safety and proper use of residents’ personal data. The calls will take up to 10 minutes and will be made between 10am-8pm, Monday to Friday.

You do not have to provide any information you do not wish to, although we do hope you will feel able to assist. 

All information collected will be stored securely and will only be used by staff and contractors when it is relevant to the service they are providing, for example, when carrying out a repair.  Peabody will process all residents’ personal information in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.

As a thank you for participating in the survey, we will enter you into a weekly prize draw for £25 shopping vouchers until the end of the survey in April. 

Weekly winners will be called and their names published on these pages.
