As you are aware paying bills by direct debit is the easiest and most convenient way of managing your finances.
Peabody has recently been authorised to set-up direct debits over the phone. If you wish to set-up a direct debit this way rather then completing the paper mandate, please phone Peabody Direct who will put you through to an officer who can assist you.
Please note: you must be the account holder and your bank/building society account must be suitable for direct debit collection.
