Are you interested in learning about or teaching activities to do with arts?

20 November 2009

The Arts Cellar, a new project based at Bruce House, is offering adults the chance to learn new skills and enjoy a range of activities centred around the arts, local culture and history.

The project will be launched in December with free classes available from early January 2010 until March 2010. The free classes will include drawing, painting, textile crafts, creative computing, digital photography and drama and music production. The sessions will be informal and all beginners are welcome.

There are also volunteering opportunities for those with arts, local cultural or historical expertise.

Funded by the Department of Innovation, Universities and Skills, the project is open to anyone aged over 19 living in London, who is currently not working or in education.
