Plumstead and West Thamesmead Public Consultation
We have announced plans for more than 900 new homes in Plumstead and West Thamesmead.
The proposals cover three sites to the north of Plumstead station at Griffin Manor Way and Pettman Crescent. This includes the original site of Arsenal Football Club – the Manor Ground.
The proposals include:
- More than 900 new homes - both affordable and private homes and a mix of houses and apartments.
- A mix of commercial uses and new workspaces.
- Improvements to existing public spaces and the creation of new ones, including a new public square.
We have now completed our series of consultation events on these proposals. You can still view the the boards from the events below:
The proposals are part of the Royal Borough of Greenwich’s Housing Zone programme, which is being delivered with funding from the Greater London Authority. The partnership will create 1,500 new homes to rent and buy, improve the environment and bring new jobs to the borough.
