Pembury Circus shortlisted for New London Award
Our 268-home Pembury Circus development in Hackney has been shortlisted for a New London Award in the mixed-used category.
These awards recognise new and proposed architecture, planning and development, and are only awarded to projects with the highest architectural quality, as well as an outstanding contribution to London. Learn more about the awards here.
The winners will be announced at the Guildhall on 7 July.
About Pembury Circus
Pembury Circus was designed by Fraser Brown MacKenna Architects and developed in partnership with Bellway Homes. It is a mixed-use scheme on the corner of the Pembury Estate in Hackney, replacing a block of bedsits that were in poor condition.
The development also includes a nursery, shops, new public square and a brand new community centre featuring a café, meeting rooms and a flexible space for the use of community groups and residents of all ages.
