Missed repair appointments
What to do if you miss your appointment or the contractor doesn’t show up.
If you’ve booked a repair appointment with us but are not at home when the contractor arrives, the appointment will be cancelled. A card will be left informing you and asking you to rebook the repair through Peabody Direct. Please note you may be charged for any missed appointments.
However, if the repair contractor does not attend the appointment at the arranged time, please contact Peabody Direct to check the location of the operative. You can also check whether you are entitled to compensation for a missed appointment.
