Two Peabody projects have been shortlisted for prestigious industry awards.

The Pembury Circus development of 268 new homes in Hackney (below) is in the running for 'best regeneration project' at the National Housing Awards.

The mixed tenure scheme of 268 new homes in Hackney was designed by Fraser Brown MacKenna to be a peaceful place to live with an emphasis on community-building.

Also, the launch of Peabody’s new sales service and sales website,  www.peabodysales.co.uk, is up for best marketing campaign.

These awards are organised by the National Housing Federation, and celebrate excellence in affordable housing. The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on 10 September.
