Peabody in the news

Our amnesty for residents committing tenancy fraud ends on 30 November.

From October, any Peabody tenant found guilty of illegally subletting their property could face a two-year prison sentence and a fine of up to £50,000.

illegal subletting

Illegal subletting is when a resident lets their property without permission from Peabody.

Between 1 October and 30 November 2013 we are giving tenants committing this offence the chance to hand back their keys. We will not take legal action against anyone for tenancy fraud during this time.
