Lomond House

Lomond House was constructed in 1976, and includes a mixture of general needs and sheltered housing properties.  It has three parts: Lomond Grove (general needs properties), Lomond House (sheltered properties), and Lomond extra care (sheltered properties with additional support).

Lomond is open to local older people in the surrounding community. A range of activity programmes takes place on a weekly basis, including arts programmes, alternative therapies, line dancing, Pilates, music and movement, and t'ai chi.

There is also a vibrant social club based at Lomond House which organises seasonal events and visits to places of interest.

Participants are encouraged to play an active part in the organisation of these events to encourage full involvement in the centres’ activities.

Volunteers are always needed at the centre to assist with general duties and help customers with limited mobility.

Address: Lomond House, Lomond Grove, London, SE5 7AL
