Regional forums

The regional forums and tenant liaison committee give residents the opportunity to meet the regional manager and other Peabody staff to discuss how to improve things in your neighbourhood.

The two forums - one for the east and one for the west - meet four times a year to:

  • develop and monitor neighbourhood improvement plans
  • consider issues with a specific geographical, council or regional impact
  • receive progress reports on how Peabody is performing in key areas, including rent arrears and rent policy, repairs performance, tenancy management issues, and complaints

Each forum has an annual budget (currently £300,000) to allocate to small environmental works and can also bid for projects. The forums meet once a year.
