Diversity forum

Residents on the diversity forum help ensure that Peabody adheres to its diversity strategy and that it practises and promotes equality for everybody. It meets four times a year to:

• ensure that all groups are treated fairly and without discrimination
  
• recommend changes to policies and procedures where necessary, and propose new initiatives to ensure fair treatment for all
  
• raise awareness of diversity among resident associations and community groups
  
• make recommendations on how to involve under-represented residents.
