Customer panel

The customer panel gives our residents more chances to be involved in Peabody’s key decisions. The panel is a group of residents and leaseholders who review the way we do things and help us develop new ways of working.

How does it work?
As a member of the customer panel, you can choose how much you want to be involved. There are lots of options, including:

  • taking part in satisfaction surveys over the phone;
  • filling in surveys or questionnaires and sending them back to us;
  • reading and commenting on information;
  • taking part in 'mystery shopping' exercises;
  • taking part in focus groups and consultation events;
  • taking part in best value reviews; and
  • making more formal and regular commitments to an improvement group.

Is this group for me?
Peabody makes key decisions that affect our residents all the time.

The customer panel is a great way to get involved if you want your opinions to be heard, but don't have that much time to spare. It is up to you how much or how little you are involved. There is no age limit, but you must be a Peabody resident, home owner or member of their household to join. We will send you a welcome letter and regular information about opportunities to get involved.

As an added incentive, if you remain a member of the customer panel for one year, we will enter you in a £50 free prize draw. As well as this, you will receive a ‘thank you' gift of £5 each time you take part in one of our customer panel reviews.
