Customer inspectors

Our customer inspectors take a hands-on approach to monitoring our services. From carrying out surveys and interviewing staff, to mystery shopping and job shadowing, they act as residents' eyes and ears to check that our services are meeting the standards we expect.

In the last few months, the inspectors have carried out inspections of the customers service charter and the service promise statement.

Volunteers give as much or as little time as they wish and are given training to help them carry out their role.
