Outreach service
Our outreach service offers support to people over 60 living in the Battersea area. The service aims to reduce isolation among older people, helping them to get in touch with health services and social activities in the community.
Our outreach worker researches local opportunities for Battersea residents – whether they’re interested in walks, arts and crafts or social groups – and helps residents to make the most of what’s happening in Wandsworth.
