Outreach support
We reach out to isolated older people in Tower Hamlets through group work and one-to-one support.
Our information and support helps older people to live as independently as possible. We offer access to local services and amenities through referrals, follow-ups, joint visits and advocacy.
You can access the outreach service by contacting the Sundial Centre. Our staff will then contact you and arrange a time to meet you at a place of your choosing.
