LinkAge Plus
The Sundial Centre is a LinkAge Plus Hub. It gives access to a borough-wide network of centres and activities for people over 50. LinkAge Plus offers one-to-one outreach support and a large range of services and activities. The outreach workers support older people by putting them in touch with services and helping them to live independently, safely and with the best possible quality of life.
LinkAge Plus Hubs provide a one-stop facility to meet the needs of older people and help them fulfil their aspirations. They provide advice, information and signposting to services including:
- housing
- transport
- leisure
- health and social care
- volunteering
- fun activities.
You can access LinkAge Plus through the Sundial Centre or any of the other four LinkAge Plus Hubs across Tower Hamlets. To arrange a visit from an outreach worker or for more information about the other LinkAge Plus centres and services please contact the centre.
