This St John's Hill Clapham Junction scheme comprises the regeneration of a 1930s Peabody estate because the accommodation does not now fit the needs of residents.
The regeneration is being carried out in three phases (see below).
Phase 1 of the redevelopment (153 homes) was completed in April 2016 and includes 80 homes for social rent, 6 shared ownership and 67 private sale. Work has now started on phase 2.
