Major Projects Panel
We've chosen nine architectural practices to work with us to deliver Peabody housing schemes of 21 homes or more.
Our Major Projects Panel is tasked with helping us meet our development target of 1,000 new homes each year for the next four years.
The nine, chosen from 120 applicants, comprise:

Major Projects Panel background
We own and manage more than 27,000 homes across London. Our mission is to make London a city of opportunity for all by ensuring as many people as possible have a good home, a real sense of purpose and a strong feeling of belonging.
We aim to deliver a programme of approximately 1,000 new high quality homes in London each year, in line with our growth strategy.
In order to manage this, we set up a four-year Framework Agreement. We were looking for consultancy services support in the following areas:

- Site inspector services
- Structural engineering services
- Quantity surveyors
- Landscape architects
- Building services engineering consultants
- Planning consultants
